What’s up guys, Seb here in Santa Monica. Um, today I want to talk to you about purpose and meaning and how important it is to build purpose and meaning into the DNA of your company or brand. If you’ve been working, if you’re working at a company that’s only purpose is to make money, then this probably doesn’t apply. And there’s not really much you can do because it’s kind of tough to do so, but maybe you can build in some sort of a give back, uh, incentives, but I’m more talking about building purpose into the DNA of the company, right? There’s some good, a great example. That was a brands out there such as Tom’s Bomba, bolder companies that are built in like the one for one type model. And this doesn’t work for everybody, but I’m saying if you’re star starting a new startup, if you’re building a new brain, if you can build purpose right into the DNA of the company, I think it can make a huge difference for you.

I think that not only does it help change the world, does it help make it a better place by giving back to the community, by whatever it is that you’re doing, that you’re giving back. Um, but it also helps your company, the people that work for you and your organization feel much more connected. It gives them fuel and it gives them passion behind what they do. Um, and in the end, I think it’s going to help your company be more successful and it’s going to help you connect with your audience better. So I highly highly encourage you considering building purpose into your profit model, into the DNA of your company, San for today, guys, until next time, peace.
