TELL YOUR STORY 📖

After a great meeting with 3 epic gentlemen I felt compelled to share the importance of storytelling.

When your brand goes beyond selling and tells a story, your audience receives it differently.

Telling a genuine story can do the following for your company or brand:

✅ Builds trust
✅ Creates a connection with your audience
✅ Facilitates conversions
✅ Creates long-term brand advocates

Make sure your mission and your story resonate through your brand!

Thanks Cory Klippsten for connecting us with Rob Kramer & Paul H. Magid.

What’s up guys, Seb here. I want to share a little story with you guys today about stories specifically. Um, I had a great lunch with three Epic gentlemen. Uh, one of them is Corey clips and a good friend of mine who is a startup advisor with a focus on strategy and funding. Uh, the other gentleman was Rob Kramer, who is the CEO of purpose lab. Uh, having had lots of experience with two previous exits and the third gentleman who is who I want to share a story about as Paul maggot, he is the founder of a company called found my happy, which is a purpose-driven apparel brand. His story. Let me tell you, first of all, every guy on the table is a great leader and had awesome stories. Everyone has a story to tell, which is really cool. It makes everything really interesting and inspiring.

Right? Specifically, Paul had the story to tell us about his health. He had been diagnosed with full paralysis from the neck down, which was just the beginning of a battle of tons of other health issues, which led them down a path of finding himself, writing a book, writing a movie script, and then eventually now creating found my happy. Now his Epic story fully resonates through his brand. Um, and something that was clear to me that has been clear for a long time, is that without a story, you kind of have nothing, right? You have to have a story, your company, your brand, you have to have a story to tell, and there are, so there’s going to be competition out there, right? Unless you have some sort of product that is some magic thing that nobody else has, and you can just sell it. You have to have a story, write a story, will connect your potential, purchasers customers, clients, and users with your brand.

It’ll create a stronger connection. It’ll get them in the door to purchase initially. And then also, ideally if they really fall in love with your story and your product, now that they bought it, they are now going to become brand ambassadors because they’re going to go out and tell your story for you. And it’s really just going to continue to help grow your brand and company. So I’m really just, that’s all I got to say today is make sure that you’re telling your story, right. Make sure that your story resonates with your brand and your purpose. And, um, I think it’s really just going to help and, you know, build more brand advocates and, and generate results for your company. So, uh, get out there and tell your story until next time guys. Peace.
